Obituary of Phyllis Green

Mrs. Phyllis Prater Green age 63 of Tracy City, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011, in Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga. She was preceded in death by her father, Arble Prater; children, Robert Lee. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Green; son, Darrin (Paula) Hampton; mother, Dorothy Prater; brothers, Bruce Prater and Johnny (Annette) Prater all of Tracy City; 3 grandchildren, Jessica, Bradley and Miranda; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Ben Curtis officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Foster & Lay Funeral Home, Tracy City, Tennessee.
